Mr. Dale is a native of Houston, Texas, and one of the founding partners of the law firm. He received his law degree from the University of Texas in 1950, and over the past half century has established himself as one of the most prominent practitioners of maritime law on the U.S. Gulf Coast. During his years of active practice, Mr. Dale was lead counsel for vessel interests in numerous major maritime casualties and was instrumental in the establishment of the firm as an international presence in the practice of maritime law. Mr. Dale is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and is a Life Member as Proctor in Admiralty of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
