Mr. Stanley is an associate with the firm and has been litigating personal injury, wrongful death and commercial cases since 1978. He is a highly experienced trial lawyer who has tried dozens of cases to verdict in both Texas state court and federal court. Mr. Stanley brings a unique perspective to his defense practice, having been a plaintiffs’ personal injury lawyer for a number of years before joining the firm. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Stanley is a Vietnam-era veteran of the Army’s 101st Airborne Division (“The Screaming Eagles”) and a former Commander of the Corps of Cadets (1971-1972) at Texas A&M University.
