From the infamous Texas City Disaster in 1947 to the present, Eastham Watson has been called upon by its domestic and international clients to respond when disaster strikes. The firm serves as pre-designated national or regional response counsel for numerous vessel owners, who have integrated firm personnel into their Incident Command System structure. In addition, firm members are routinely called upon to participate in response exercises. Eastham Watson has a long-standing and proven track record of crisis management and prompt, effective and efficient emergency response.
